International Shipping Terms & Conditions
The shipping fee displayed is the base shipping rate and only includes standard shipping services. If the final packaged dimensions or weight exceed the original estimate, additional shipping charges may be required. Should this occur, we will contact you to arrange payment before your order is shipped.
✈ Customs Duties & Import Fees
International shipments outside Taiwan may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import-related charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is returned due to refusal to pay such charges, it will be treated as a refused shipment and the order will be considered abandoned.
Please ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country, region, or state.
Shipping rates may vary depending on the payment month due to possible fuel surcharges.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the month in which the order is paid, not the month in which the order is shipped.
These charges apply only to international shipments.
Return & Exchange Policy
General Policy
This Return & Exchange Policy applies to 【The Artist" Ninomae Ina'nis 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure】international orders only.
Please review the product details, sizing information, and estimated shipping schedule carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, cancellations or returns for personal reasons are not accepted unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, or photography.
To protect both parties, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and record a complete unboxing video. If your order contains missing parts, broken components, incorrect items, or significant shipping damage, a complete unboxing video is required for any after-sales service. Requests submitted without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
Return & Exchange Conditions
If your order contains missing parts, broken components, incorrect items, or significant shipping damage, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Returned items must include:

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, returned incomplete, or are free from manufacturing defects.
Due to the handcrafted nature of painted statues and collectible figures, minor paint imperfections, color variations, bubbles, seam lines, or other small manufacturing marks are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.
Product defects will be determined according to the manufacturer's quality standards and our inspection results.
Refunds & After-sales Service
Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
If the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect, incorrect shipment, or significant shipping damage, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Returns or refunds for personal reasons, including change of mind, ordering mistakes, or personal preference, are not accepted.
Customs Clearance and Import Duties
All overseas goods must go through customs clearance when entering the country. Whether import duties are charged is determined randomly by customs inspections. If duties are applied to a parcel, they must be borne by the buyer. We appreciate your understanding.
Import duties are levied by national customs authorities and are not related to Cmer. For specific tax amounts, we recommend consulting your local post office.
If import duties are required, relevant customs or tax personnel will notify you and send a customs declaration notice. The goods can be collected after all duties have been paid in full.
Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned due to failure to complete customs clearance, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, incorrect shipping information, or any reason not caused by us, the original shipping charges and related logistics costs are non-refundable. Any reshipment will require payment of additional shipping charges.

Q1: Can I update my shipping information after placing an order?
A: Yes. You may request changes to the recipient's name, phone number, or shipping address. Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed to a different country.
As shipping information must be updated manually by our customer support team, please submit your request to customer@cmer.co no later than one month before the estimated shipping date.
Once your order has entered the shipping process, no further changes can be made.
Q2: What shipping methods are available?
A: All international orders will be shipped exclusively through the 7-ELEVEN Cross-Border Delivery service.
Q3: How can I track the production progress?
A: Production updates will be posted under the "Project Updates" section on the product page. We will also send the latest updates via email.
Q4: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: Due to the nature of this product, standard return and exchange policies do not apply. Please carefully read the Return & Exchange Conditions above. To process any return or exchange request, a complete unboxing video must be provided for verification by our customer support team.
Q5: How should I care for the statue?
A: Keep the statue away from direct sunlight and high-temperature or high-humidity environments. To clean it, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners or solvents.
Q6: Is this an unpainted model kit or a finished product?
A: This is a fully painted and assembled collectible statue, ready for display right out of the box.
