Any of the above logistics options require providing the recipient's real name. If incorrect recipient information leads to the inability to pick up the item, the buyer will be responsible for it.
Overseas customs duties are the responsibility of the consumer, and the actual amount will be determined by customs.
If the goods are returned due to the buyer's failure to pick them up, and a re-delivery is required, the buyer will bear the cost of the second shipment.

▼ How many days after completing the order will it be shipped? When will it be delivered?
This website sells pre-order (customized) products, and it takes 14-21 business days for production and shipment.
Taiwan (including outlying islands): Delivery within 2-3 business days after shipment (excluding holidays).
Hong Kong and Macau: Delivery within 2-5 business days after shipment (excluding holidays).
Other overseas regions: Delivery within 3-5 business days after shipment (excluding holidays).
The actual delivery time depends on the logistics status.

▼ If an order has been completed, can it be canceled, modified, or have the quantity and size of items changed?
Yes, it is possible.
After the order is placed, if you want to modify the order, please go to "Order Inquiry" to cancel the order and then place a new order.
If the "Cancel Order" button is no longer available on the order inquiry page, it means that the order has entered the logistics center. To avoid affecting inventory and preventing accounting errors, we are unable to "modify," "add to," or "combine" order items.
Once the order is placed, it goes through the payment process. If you want to cancel the order, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method, and the refund time will vary depending on your payment method. Please refer to the "Return and Refund" policy for detailed instructions.
