Oversea Shipping Method

● Overseas Service Areas:

Currently, we provide services to the following regions: Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and European regions.

For Southeast Asia and other regions requiring delivery, please contact customer service through the bottom-right chatbox.

● Overseas Ordering Information:

-Payment can be made using credit cards.
-Overseas shipping is carried out through "DHL" delivery service.
-It is essential to provide the recipient's name and address in English.
-In accordance with Taiwanese VAT regulations, invoices will not be issued for direct export of goods or services to foreign buyers.
Delivery time varies depending on the region, usually taking 10-35 days. Delivery times may be extended due to courier services and customs inspections. Customers are responsible for any customs taxes.
-Please note that if the package is refused due to customs tax issues, no refund will be provided.

● Shipping Considerations:

-Please provide your full name as stated in your passport. Incorrect recipient information resulting in unsuccessful delivery or no one available to sign for the package will lead to the cancellation of the entire order.
-Refunds for returned packages will be issued in the form of store credit (shipping fees are non-refundable). You will also be notified via email. If you wish to have the package reshipped, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
-We will notify you via email once the package has been shipped.

● Overseas Return and Exchange Policy:

-Overseas returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective products.
-If you receive a defective item, please send photos to our customer service within ten days. Once the defect is confirmed to be non-human-caused, the refund will be converted into "Member Store Credit" for future use.
Due to the complexities of overseas shipping, we do not accept returns and exchanges. We carefully inspect and package items before shipping to ensure your satisfaction.

● Customs Clearance and Import Duties:

All overseas products entering the country must go through customs clearance. The imposition of import duties is randomly determined by customs. If customs duties are incurred, the buyer is responsible for them. We appreciate your understanding.

-Customs duties are levied by national customs authorities and are not related to Cmer. For specific tax amounts, we recommend consulting with the local post office.
-If customs duties need to be paid, you will be notified by tax-related personnel and receive a customs declaration notice. After paying the duties, you can collect the goods.

● Notice for Refusing Overseas Shipments:

If you refuse to sign for a Cmer package, you will still be responsible for the shipping fees and any import fees incurred. These fees will be deducted from the package cost and refunded to you.
