【Pre-order Notice】
※ The first pre-order is available only for on-site pick-up at the Snoopy Pop-up Café from November 22 to December 28, 2025 (Address: No.133, Guangfu South Road, Xinyi District, Taipei, Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, Former Bathhouse).
※ Please select your preferred pick-up date when placing your order. Pre-ordered items cannot be picked up earlier than the chosen date.
※ Once the pre-order payment has been completed, cancellations or changes to the order will not be accepted. Refunds will not be provided for mistakes in product selection. Please carefully confirm your order before making payment.
※ This pre-order is strictly limited to on-site pick-up during the Snoopy Pop-up Café period (Nov. 22 – Dec. 28, 2025). Please make sure to pick up your items on the reserved date. If you are unable to pick up your order during the event period, you must contact us via private message on the “OU-EN CAFE” official Facebook Page within one week after the event ends. You will need to provide a domestic shipping address (limited to Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu) and pay for the shipping fee (starting from NT$150; the actual cost will depend on the item quantity and type). Failure to contact us within the designated period will be regarded as a forfeiture of your items. The organizer will not re-ship any products, nor provide any refunds.
【On-site Pick-up Notice】
※ When picking up pre-ordered items at the Snoopy Pop-up Café, please bring a valid physical ID (National ID card, National Health Insurance card, or passport only; photos or screenshots will not be accepted). Staff will verify your ID with the phone number used for the order before handing over the items.
※ If you are unable to visit on your originally chosen pick-up date, please contact the “OU-EN CAFE” official Facebook Page at least three days before the scheduled date, and provide the following information: Name, Order Number, Original Pick-up Date, and New Pick-up Date. Please make sure to arrive on the newly confirmed date. Late pick-ups will not be accommodated.
※ Failure to contact us within the designated period will be regarded as a forfeiture of your items. The organizer will not re-ship any products, nor provide any refunds.
※ For every NT$600 spent in a single order, you will receive one random Polaroid photo; for every NT$1000 spent, you will receive one random transparent card. Designs will be given at random and cannot be selected. Gift-with-purchase items are calculated based on the amount of a single order only, and cannot be combined across multiple orders. Pre-order purchases and on-site purchases cannot be combined for this promotion.
※ There is no limit to the number of orders an individual may place. However, gift-with-purchase items are calculated per order and cannot be accumulated across multiple orders.
※ Please carefully check the product type, quantity, and invoice amount upon pick-up. For promotional gifts, no exchanges or replacements will be provided after leaving the counter, even in cases of defects or damage. For products, please verify items before leaving the store. If any major defects are found, please report them immediately to on-site staff and complete the exchange process. After leaving the store, the organizer will not accept claims regarding incorrect products, missing items, or similar issues.
