Precautions for return and exchange

  • Pre-order items It is "make after ordering", the order cannot be cancelled after two days after the order is placed, and there is no return or exchange service except for defects.
  • On Demand items It is "make after ordering". The content, size, and pattern printing are all made in a single piece, and there is no return or exchange service except for defects.
  • If you encounter problems with products and refunds, please send a private message to the Cmer fan page,or send an email to customer@cmer.co, and provide your order number and member name, and someone will assist you in the follow-up process.
  • If you use the supermarket code to pay, you can simply not pay and make the order overdue.
  • Shopping on this website enjoys the rights of a seven-day appreciation period of goods (limited to unopened use, not a trial period), which starts from the next day when you pick up the goods at the supermarket or deliver the goods at home. . 
  • Due to the influence of the screen display and light source, the actual color of the product is mainly based on the actual product; in order to protect the rights and interests of both parties, please be sure to record the video when unpacking the package, so that we can provide you with after-sales service. If there is no video, it will be difficult to accept.
  • If you need to return or exchange the goods, please be sure to contact us within seven days of receiving the goods, and package the goods together with the shipping details. If the packaging or accessories are damaged or lost, no return or exchange will be accepted. Returns and exchanges must be adjusted according to the actual inventory of the product. If the product is out of stock, only returns can be accepted.
  • For the sake of hygiene, contact products (such as T-shirts, towels) are only accepted for return and exchange of defective products. 
  • If the reason for the replacement of the product is not defect or deterioration, the consumer must bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the product is defective during delivery, please contact Cmer as soon as possible after receiving the product, and please send the defective product back. After the seller receives and confirms the defective product, it will quickly send the new product in good condition.

The seven-day appreciation period is seven days from the day after receiving the product, and includes holidays.
In accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Law, the following products are excluded. If you have any questions, please contact the store for inquiries to avoid disputes in the future.
